In this role, you will manage program controlling for key digital technology initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and driving decision-making processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring project risks, managing external partners, and supporting governance structures to facilitate smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business, Controlling, Finance, or related field
• •Several years of experience in IT projects and project management
• •Multiple years of experience in controlling, finance, or auditing with multinational organizations
• •Solid consulting skills in problem-solving, communication, customer orientation, organization, and planning
• •Technology knowledge in Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization
• •Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian tools, and relevant Controlling applications
• •Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written

Aufgaben

• •Independently manage program controlling for strategic digital technology projects
• •Prepare communication for senior stakeholders and decision papers
• •Drive program direction through steering committees
• •Support the design and setup of project governance
• •Enable efficient decision-making and reporting across stakeholders
• •Conduct program controlling activities, including alignments with central controlling
• •Perform root-cause analyses and forecasts
• •Monitor and report project risks autonomously
• •Develop suitable countermeasures for identified risks
• •Manage external partners and resources operationally
• •Utilize appropriate frameworks and internal processes for vendor ordering
• •Approve time bookings for external resources
• •Engage in expert services practice and capability building activities
