- Solid expertise in SAP Sales process analysis, design, and optimization
- Ideally experienced in S/4HANA environment
- Experienced in agile project management in international context

- In-depth technical knowledge of SAP-SD module required
- Strong understanding of integration towards SAP MM, SC, and Finance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of ABAP advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Forms advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Smart Forms advantageous
- Fluent English required
- Knowledge of German desirable
- Knowledge of French desirable
Aufgaben
- Optimize existing business functionalities and processes in Sales & Marketing
- Lead and execute cross-departmental projects on time and within budget
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support internal customers in project realization and daily tasks
- Process development and support requests
- Handle trouble tickets
- Evaluate and ensure quality of documentation and technical specifications
- Stay updated on new IT solutions and trends in the SAP ecosystem
- Develop improvement suggestions based on new SAP functions and releases
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, consultants, and system owners
- Implement and test new SAP programs and applications
