Anforderungen
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 8+ years IT service management and operations experience
- 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
- Translate complex technology to business language
- Proven ITAM, CMDB, license management experience
- Proven experience leading IT operations/transformation projects
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform/development/operations experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (Data Foundations, Discovery, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management)
- ITIL and CSDM certification with strong practical knowledge
- Strong communication, problem-solving, change management skills
- Excellent English command; German is a plus
- Artificial Intelligence experience
- Financial services, banking, or asset management sector experience
- Experience creating/maintaining Information Domain for large organizations
- Experience with multicultural/international teams and external service providers
- CMDB, CSDM, and other relevant professional certifications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DORA, KAIT, VAIT, or similar)
- IT Service Continuity Management and/or Business Continuity Management experience
Aufgaben
- Lead ITAM and CMDB projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project timelines, scope, and budget
- Ensure post-project operations and maintenance
- Act as process owner for assigned processes
- Develop and drive AI use cases for process improvement
- Collaborate with other ITSM&I process owners
- Enable and support outsourcing partner team
- Establish and develop license management process
- Create management decision papers and status reports
- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide audit evidence and remediate findings
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize ITAM and CMDB processes
- Manage dependencies with other initiatives
- Enhance overall efficiency
- Guide team members on ITAM and CMDB best practices
- Serve as point of contact for third parties and service providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Gather requirements and define project scopes
- Develop detailed project plans
- Oversee project task execution
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Resolve issues and challenges timely
- Conduct regular project status meetings
- Provide project progress updates to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
