Anforderungen
- Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable technical qualification
- 3-5+ years of experience in application support, lifecycle management, or IT systems management
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, or related business functions
- Experience in project delivery, process management, business analysis, or requirements engineering
- Experience in regulated environment preferred
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers
- Understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes
- Experience with manufacturing-related applications (MES, ERP, quality, labeling, shop-floor, reporting)
- Familiarity with CSV, GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or EU Annex 11 advantageous
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries advantage
- Basic understanding of application architecture, interfaces, databases (SQL Server or Oracle), and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- German (B1 minimum) and English conversational proficiency
Aufgaben
- Ensure stable and compliant operation of manufacturing and operational applications
- Process and coordinate incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests
- Manage application lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, releases, and vendor support
- Maintain application documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures
- Monitor application availability, performance, recoverability, and resource utilization
- Communicate proactively with business users and support teams about service disruptions, maintenance, and changes
- Provide application support and guidance to business users and site stakeholders
- Coordinate activities between vendors, support teams, developers, infrastructure, and business functions
- Participate in application roadmap planning, continuous improvement, and strategic technology reviews
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user acceptance
- Ensure operational documentation, support procedures, and user guides are current
- Support compliance, validation, and audit activities for regulated systems
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate application-related risks
- Contribute to manufacturing and operational system modernization, integration, and cloud migration
