Anforderungen

  • BSc. in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent scientific degree
  • Desirable MSc., PhD or equivalent experience
  • Desirable degree in Radiochemistry and strong scientific knowledge in nuclear medicine
  • Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in a scientific area or Ph.D. or equivalent
  • Proven Project Leadership in all project phases
  • Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Validation and Regulatory aspects)
  • Sound experience of data handling and applied statistics
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and risk management fundamentals/tools
  • Quality-oriented with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Defining and implementing productivity improvement measures

Aufgaben

  • Act as the Isotope Project Lead and Subject Matter Expert in radioisotope production and purification
  • Develop and optimize radioisotope production and purification processes
  • Transfer processes in collaboration with development centers and Contract Manufacturing Organizations
  • Manage project plans and budgets using project planning tools
  • Identify issues and potential bottlenecks in projects and propose solutions
  • Contribute to Radioisotope TRD-related activities and conduct technological surveys
  • Apply scientific expertise to identify and support new programs of interest
  • Participate in development programs aligned with global isotope strategy and objectives
  • Report key advancements and challenges in a timely manner
  • Identify strategic external partners for research collaboration agreements
  • Implement strategic policies for selecting methods and evaluation criteria
  • Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements
  • Represent the area in Global Project Teams to define scientific strategy
  • Report technical complaints and adverse events related to products within 24 hours
  • Distribute marketing samples where applicable
