Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • •4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • •2+ years in technical leadership with at least 1 year of people management
  • •Strong programming skills in Python or another object-oriented language
  • •Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting
  • •Experience with embedded and electrical hardware integration
  • •Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native deployment strategies
  • •Understanding of key security concepts and best practices for backend services
  • •Experience with industrial protocols and messaging brokers
  • •Strong understanding of client-server architectures and backend security
  • •Experience with large-scale IoT device management
  • •Strong written and spoken English skills (level C1 on the CEFR scale)

  • •Guide performance management for team members

  • •Support the team in planning, estimating, and delivering outcomes
  • •Balance capacity, priorities, and individual workloads
  • •Drive continuous improvement in team processes
  • •Develop short and long-term technical roadmaps with the team
  • •Challenge and propose solution concepts
  • •Ensure successful delivery of technical projects
  • •Create and optimize processes for the IoT platform lifecycle
  • •Monitor and maintain the IoT platform for high availability
  • •Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams
