- Familiarity with key impact investing concepts, investment products, industry standards

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, efficient working style, ability to operate in fast-paced international environment, strong willingness to learn
- Fluent English and German (including Swiss German); French and/or Italian are a plus
- Exposure to or professional experience in developing countries is an asset

- Acquire new investors
- Manage existing client relationships
- Build client portfolio
- Prepare client outreach initiatives
- Execute sales events
- Coordinate investor meetings
- Create client presentations
- Respond to client inquiries
- Fulfill reporting requests
- Collaborate with Product Management
- Work with Investment Teams
- Engage with ESG/Impact teams
- Coordinate with Legal
- Partner with Marketing
- Ensure high-quality client deliverables
- Track sales activities
- Report on client pipeline
- Use CRM system
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives
- Support global projects
