- Assist in transaction structuring and negotiations
- Conduct market research and develop investment strategies
- Lead add-on transactions for portfolio companies
- Support refinancing and debt capital structure optimization
- Lead value creation processes for portfolio companies
- Analyze key performance indicators to monitor asset performance
- Maintain and enhance valuation models
- Support strategic decision-making with analysis
- Manage legal agreements related to capital structure and business strategy
- Develop periodic reports for investors and committees
- Manage relationships with industry partners and service providers
- Oversee liquidity planning and financial covenant control
- Handle equity drawdown processes and debt utilization
