- Maintain knowledge of internal and external customer systems
- Resolve inventory and production issues for operational teams
- Manage storage utilization to maximize warehouse effectiveness
- Address ad-hoc inventory-related issues as required
- Control stock variances and adjustments
- Perform various clerical and operational duties
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness according to hygiene policies
