• •Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Build an internal startup and drive prototype development
• •Interact with key stakeholders and future customers to understand product requirements
• •Shape a startup-like development and business environment
• •Lead and coordinate development teams for fast iterations
• •Regularly report progress to top management, including the executive board
• •Define and validate technical specifications and KPIs
• •Shape the roadmap and long-term product vision while managing budget efficiency
• •Build and lead a high-performing team, including recruiting top talent
• •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• •Establish collaboration channels with industry partners, startups, or research institutions
• •Leverage advancements in robotics, computer vision, simulation, machine learning, and AI for labor automation in greenhouses
• •Support business development activities and report progress to top management
