- Produce stable and queryable data tables
- Document changes in detailed release notes
- Operationalize existing machine learning algorithms
- Deploy model inference via batch or API
- Implement CI/CD and monitoring protocols
- Manage access control and internal standards
- Create simple user entry points
- Integrate models with the company tech stack
- Collaborate with biologists and data scientists
