- Fluent English required
- French and/or Spanish are a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Support day-to-day activities
- Coordinate with relationship banks, clients, and suppliers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
- Keep banks onboarding documentation current
- Respond to documentation renewal requests
- Coordinate corporate guarantees and bank requirements
- Organize and update executed agreements
- Monitor credit limits on counterparties
- Support timely renewals in internal systems
- Prepare RFQs for TSF transactions
- Consolidate bank responses
- Handle internal communication and follow-up
- Follow up on transaction maturities and renewals
- Manage transactional documentation
- Maintain call reports and CRM data
- Support meeting preparation and follow-ups

- Laufendes StudiumODER
- Bachelor-Abschluss
Sprachen
- Englisch – fließend
- Französisch – Grundkenntnisse
- Spanisch – Grundkenntnisse
