Anforderungen
- Pursuing or recently graduated Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Science degree
- Practical PLC programming skills for at least one platform
- Solid understanding of Industrial Automation concepts/architectures
- Basic network knowledge (plus)
- Good communication, proactive personality, cross-cultural experience

- Support global CAPEX projects as an automation SME
- Build and configure an automation sandpit environment
- Support IT integration of physical automation hardware
- Support implementation of new approaches for vertical integration
- Drive standardization of automation architecture and practices
- Support complex CAPEX projects across the enterprise
- Design, set up, and maintain an automation sandpit environment
- Safely test and validate hardware-to-IT integration
- Evaluate and execute novel approaches to bridge shop-floor hardware with IT systems
- Collaborate with global teams to define automation standards
- Roll out and harmonize automation standards across the site network
- Document system setups and test results
- Establish best practices for future site deployments
