Anforderungen

  • Student of engineering, sciences, business administration, ESG or sustainability management
  • Practical or international experience (e.g., internships, semester abroad)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Hands-on attitude, high energy, passion, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Team player with independence, self-motivated, creative, open-minded personality
  • Passion for sustainability, curiosity for innovation and technologies

Aufgaben

  • Drive the sustainability agenda for Adhesives for General Manufacturing and Maintenance
  • Support the development of the business unit Sustainability Strategy
  • Execute internal sustainability upskilling programs
  • Develop external marketing and communication campaigns
  • Create customer-centric materials for sales teams
  • Contribute to global sustainability projects on circular economy
  • Participate in packaging and safety initiatives
  • Manage project tasks, research, and analysis
  • Conduct market research on customers and competitors
  • Identify trends and new sustainability opportunities
  • Support events and special projects as needed
