- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in renewable energy, transport decarbonization, and policy analysis
- Proficiency in English and/or French; knowledge of German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Conduct a comprehensive literature review on biofuel production technologies
- Analyze data on biofuel availability, imports, and consumption for maritime and aviation sectors
- Support modeling and analysis of decarbonization scenarios
- Focus on strategic allocation of biofuels and alternative fuels in transport
- Evaluate the role of biofuels in energy transition pathways
- Identify trade-offs and synergies with other sectors
- Contribute to policy recommendations for sustainable fuel integration
- Develop a roadmap for hard-to-abate transport sectors
