- Support planning and execution of activations for UEL/UECL, Genève-Servette Hockey Club, and ZSC Lions
- Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and objectives
- Support communication around partnerships
- Assist in creating engaging content for Swissquote's channels
- Run contests and giveaways
- Coordinate with social media team to highlight sponsorship assets
- Coordinate ticket distribution
- Manage ticket allocation across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure transparent, fair, and balanced ticket distribution
- Research and organize new activation opportunities
- Explore co-branded opportunities with partners
- Support Events Manager in planning internal and external events
- Support internal and external event communications
- Create briefings for creative teams and agencies
- Create invitations using tools like Tito
- Manage CRM-driven email campaigns
- Oversee event logistics for seamless execution
