Aufgaben
- Support real estate portfolio management across EMEA
- Assist in preparing and reviewing lease agreements
- Coordinate with stakeholders for complete documentation
- Maintain lease approval records
- Provide administrative support for subtenant management
- Update lease agreements in the contract database
- Assist with real estate and facilities projects
- Monitor and report on real estate KPIs
- Prepare reports and analyses for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support departmental duties and special projects
