- Assist with production transfer from Lenzburg to Prague
- Support implementation and qualification of new production tools
- Ensure tools meet performance and reliability standards
- Help integrate equipment and collect production data
- Analyze production and process data
- Establish process quality control procedures
- Maintain product consistency and compliance
- Organize training for new production personnel
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from Lenzburg to Prague
- Support product qualification by producing samples
- Coordinate testing activities
- Implement logistical flows for raw materials and parts
- Ensure accurate documentation of processes and instructions
- Document production tools and configurations
