In this internship, you will engage in customer support, manage relationships with partners, and create compelling content for summer camps. You will also gain insights into digital marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance.

Anforderungen

• •Enjoyment of working with a young and ambitious team
• •Motivation to generate awareness for product and brand
• •Strong attention to detail in writing and editing
• •Ability to write creatively, originally, and concisely
• •Native Italian and fluent in English
• •Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) is a plus
• •Desire to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• •Mandatory internship as part of studies/university program
• •Minimum internship duration of 5 months
• •Attendance at a holiday camp as a child or counselor is a bonus

Aufgaben

• •Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• •Identify and acquire new Italian summer camp organizers
• •Manage contact with existing partners
• •Create and update program details
• •Generate invoices for partners
• •Add new trips to the platform
• •Create and maintain camp content, including travel descriptions and FAQs
• •Analyze online marketing campaigns using professional tracking tools
