- Manage innovation projects
- Conduct strategic market analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends
- Create consumer and competitor profiles
- Support standard reporting, including market share reports
- Develop concept ideas and briefs for new product designs
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
- Support roll-out and implementation of social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and implement social media content and campaigns
- Collaborate on content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor social, beauty, and lifestyle trends
- Inspire engaging and relevant content
- Support planning and briefing of digital content for eCommerce and website channels
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration
