- Shape process improvements according to Lean Manufacturing principles
- Implement process improvements under GxP conditions
- Run simulations of the production line to identify throughput bottlenecks
- Identify key levers that drive throughput during production rampup
- Translate simulation outputs into concrete, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with production to implement recommendations
- Support process risk analyses (pFMEA) by preparing operational inputs
- Document technical outcomes of risk analyses
- Assist the team in systematically identifying and mitigating risks
- Create GxP-compliant documents, including manufacturing and QC process documentation and work instructions
- Integrate sustainability into documentation practices
- Support regulatory change management processes
- Document project knowledge in Wiki articles
