- Ability to build and document RESTful APIs or interface specifications
- Experience with Swagger or OpenAPI
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, or message queues
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer certifications are an advantage
- Structured, proactive, and collaborative communication
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent English skills

- Contribute to AI-powered diagnostic engine development
- Design and build prototype module for log normalization
- Develop and train AI model for error pattern recognition
- Create proof-of-concept integration with Azure DevOps or Retina
- Define and document plug-in API for log schema integration
- Analyze error flows in distributed microservice systems
- Benchmark manual versus AI-assisted diagnosis
- Evaluate potential reduction in mean time to repair
- Contribute to scalable architecture for cross-product learning
- Translate technical findings into practical improvements
- Support software stabilization and release workflows
