- Participate in PCQT for cobas® x800 family
- Contribute to maintaining on-market product quality
- Drive effective collaboration
- Prioritize and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction
- Prioritize and resolve product quality, safety, and serviceability issues
- Manage on-market issues for the product portfolio
- Ensure high field performance of cobas® x800 family systems
- Contribute as a standing member of assigned IBTs
- Communicate key information between LCTs and IBTs
- Communicate with system and software development teams
- Work closely with consumables and reagents operations
