As a Digital Content Intern, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating content for Roche Diagnostics' global platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, managing editorial workflows, and ensuring high-quality content production in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related fields
• •Interest in digital content, healthcare communication, and web publishing
• •Experience with content writing and editing for web channels
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders
• •Clear communication skills (written & verbal) in English
• •Ability to learn new tools and systems (CMS experience is a plus)
• •Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• •Certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory for Non-EU/EFTA citizens
• •Mandatory Letter
• •Enrollment during the entire duration of the internship

Aufgaben

• •Support planning of content calendars for digital platforms
• •Coordinate with contributors to align teams on content and deadlines
• •Assist with content sourcing, ideation, and basic drafting or editing
• •Gather input and manage edits from content owners
• •Prepare content for internal approval workflows
• •Support non-promotional content processes and manage speaker waivers
• •Assist with content migration into new templates during updates
• •Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across published pages
• •Collaborate with marketing managers, content owners, and designers
• •Prepare summaries and updates for weekly team meetings
• •Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects
• •Assist with newsletters, affiliate calendars, and social media posts
• •Track and organize requests from shared mailboxes or ad-hoc channels
