Aufgaben
- Support planning of content calendars for digital platforms
- Coordinate with contributors to align teams on content and deadlines
- Assist with content sourcing, ideation, and basic drafting or editing
- Gather input and manage edits from content owners
- Prepare content for internal approval workflows
- Support non-promotional content processes and manage speaker waivers
- Assist with content migration into new templates during updates
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across published pages
- Collaborate with marketing managers, content owners, and designers
- Prepare summaries and updates for weekly team meetings
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects
- Assist with newsletters, affiliate calendars, and social media posts
- Track and organize requests from shared mailboxes or ad-hoc channels
