Anforderungen

- Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, willing to learn by doing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/gSlides, and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Solid foundation in basic accounting; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Analytical mindset for translating complex data into practical business solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English with clear and effective communication skills
- Non-EU/EFTA citizens: mandatory internship certificate from university
Aufgaben
- Support projects to increase efficiency and transparency
- Interact with PT Business and Enterprise Center of Excellence
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of functional and project spend
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Participate in financial planning cycles
- Develop business cases
- Implement and improve planning systems
- Support new ERP implementation
- Facilitate financial alignment across a matrixed network
- Influence colleagues in Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Science & Technology
- Contribute to Cost of Sales (CoS) reduction
- Optimize inventory
- Provide financial insights to Procurement teams
- Monitor performance of supply agreements
- Improve supply agreements with major external manufacturers
