- Initial experience with data analysis tools or HR processes
- Knowledge of Power BI (visualization, Power Query, DAX basics)
- Initial experience with Power Automate or willingness to learn
- Interest in big data topics and global HR structures
- Ability to structure complex topics and present understandably
- Enjoyment of conceptual work and collaboration with stakeholders
- Creative and analytical mindset
- High degree of initiative
- Valid residence permit for non-EU citizens
Aufgaben
- Support global HR dashboard concept development
- Analyze current HR analytics standards and KPI frameworks
- Research Power BI use cases and modern data architectures
- Coordinate with HR departments and IT to clarify requirements
- Participate in workshops and interviews
- Support data model creation using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
- Develop visualization concepts and automation approaches
- Prepare structured findings and requirements
- Document reporting and dashboard approaches
- Collaborate on project roadmaps and use cases
- Create mockups and data flow diagrams
- Prepare decision-making documents
- Support consistent KPI framework establishment
