- Support ERP automation projects from requirements analysis to go-live
- Analyze customer business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design and configure tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical and process questions
- Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights
- Support customer communication for smooth project execution
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into product and process improvements
- Work closely with sales and implementation teams to understand end-to-end customer journeys
