Anforderungen

• •University student or recent graduate
• •Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• •Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Experience with Tableau Software is a plus
• •Proactivity and ability to work independently
• •Can-do attitude and openness to challenges
• •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• •Fluency in English; German, French, and other languages meritorious

Aufgaben

• •Prepare analysis and meeting materials for the CFO
• •Perform financial analysis to identify trends in the Balance Sheet and P&L
• •Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
• •Create dashboards and simplify reporting processes
• •Contribute to various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks
• •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables
• •Manage recurring compliance tasks, including maintaining intranet pages
• •Coordinate budget forecast updates and document policies
• •Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and town halls
• •Handle administrative tasks independently
