- •Generate and maintain patient-derived healthy and tumor organoids
- •Genetically modify cell lines using CRISPR/Cas9 technology
- •Clone molecular fluorescent reporters
- •Introduce reporters into cells via viral transduction methods
- •Perform live cell imaging and characterize fluorescent reporters
- •Present research findings to cross-functional teams
- •Maintain detailed electronic lab notebooks and data records
