- Comfortable representing Group in tax audits and authority discussions
- Able to bridge technical tax topics and operational realities
- Additional languages
Aufgaben
- Manage and coordinate direct and indirect tax matters
- Identify and document key tax risks
- Review current and deferred tax positions
- Ensure correct VAT/GST treatment
- Coordinate and support tax audits and inspections
- Support transfer pricing governance
- Review intercompany agreements and pricing models
- Support audit defense for intercompany transactions
- Contribute to group tax policies and standards
- Monitor tax law developments
- Oversee local taxes with finance teams
- Identify and support tax incentives
- Act as key tax partner for stakeholders
- Provide pragmatic tax guidance on projects
