Anforderungen
- Enrollment in Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft accurate, clear documents and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with task automation or new software tools (plus)
- Critical thinking and creative solution proposal
- Experience in use case development, process improvements, prototyping
- Proactive, self-reliant, and well-organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Effective collaboration across teams
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use
- Enrollment in university or gap year (for internship)
- Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
- Valid work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)
Aufgaben
- Champion GenAI use cases across teams
- Test early prototypes and drive new ideas
- Build expertise in different personas and knowledge domains
- Support change initiatives and automate workflows
- Create and maintain structured project documentation
- Draft engaging internal and external communications
- Conduct and present research on GenAI trends
- Propose and execute your own ideas
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Gain exposure to other I&T Program workstreams
- Contribute to cross-cutting topics as needed
- Organize and follow up on internal management meetings
- Assist in the conceptual preparation of workshops
