Anforderungen
- Eligibility for internship agreement
- Student in engineering school, business school, or university with specialization in project management, data, or information systems
- Initial experience in project management (internship, academic project, or work-study)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)
- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Project
- Ability to formalize processes and familiarity with Lean Management principles
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership
Aufgaben
- Support the implementation of reporting tools for projects
- Analyze business needs and requirements
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders on reporting solutions
- Assess existing dashboards and recommend improvements
- Optimize and streamline the Power BI dashboard for Capital Investments
- Implement changes in Power BI and update reporting tools
- Build Power BI dashboards for program reporting
- Assist the PMO team with recurring reporting activities
