Aufgaben
- Assist with servicing private banking clients
- Open banking relationships, including KYC and Legal & Compliance matters
- Respond to client requests
- Manage day-to-day client administration tasks
- Prepare documentation for client meetings
- Monitor task progress and ensure proper follow-up
- Update clients' portfolio overviews, including performance metrics
- Research specific companies, sectors, and macroeconomic topics
- Support Seniors in processing trading orders
- Update quarterly client presentations and reports
- Collaborate with various departments on activities
- Maintain prospects lists and write marketing letters
- Organize meetings and business trips with proper follow-up
