- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience designing digital interfaces in Figma
- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Excellent marketing skills
- Strong presentation abilities
- Strong interest in automotive R&D
- Strong interest in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German

- Support Open Innovation initiatives
- Develop creative communication strategies
- Create engaging digital and print content
- Align content with brand identity
- Craft compelling narratives for complex topics
- Shape communication journey from ideation to piloting
- Assist in wireframe and prototype development
- Contribute to Figma designs for BMW AI products
- Support internal start-ups with product design
