Anforderungen

Enrolled full-time Master student in space, aerospace, mechanical, automation, physics, mathematics, software engineering or related fields
Background in orbital mechanics, satellite systems, and/or mission analysis
Experience in programming (Python) and mission analysis tools (STK, Orekit, GMAT)
Strong communicative skills and positive attitude towards teamwork
Fluent German
Interest in Space Situational Awareness topics and space
Knowledge in optics, image processing, and control technology (advantageous)
Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Aufgaben

Design satellite missions for SSA and Space Intelligence
Analyze satellite platforms, sub-systems, and payloads
Simulate, analyze, and optimize mission scenarios
Assess mission performance
Develop and enhance software tools for SSA simulation and analysis
Support ongoing projects in space safety and security
