- Working towards university degree (master, PhD) in business, finance, management, sustainability, economics, political sciences, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or related field
- Previous knowledge or strong interest in outlined work streams
- First practical experience in sustainability or project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Availability for 6–12 months
- Ability to think and act independently
- Capacity to quickly adapt to new situations
- Proactive, flexible, and energetic team player
- Strong personal interest in sustainability, environmental issues, and societal impact
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of PowerBI or SharePoint
