Anforderungen

  • Advanced stage of degree with proven track record
  • Studies in Business Administration, Economics, other business related fields or Information Systems
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
  • Openness to creative and innovative solutions
  • Passion for working with forward-thinking technologies (AI, internal ChatGPT)

Aufgaben

  • Support yearly AZ Group planning processes
  • Assist IT Steering Boards and top management meetings
  • Develop dashboards and tools for Operations & IT Steering
  • Design and develop internal Ops & IT processes
  • Prepare Board presentations
  • Organize workshops and team meetings
  • Execute and wrap up workshops and team meetings
