- Process purchasing requests for marketing and events
- Manage business travel content
- Process purchase orders for marketing and event services
- Communicate and negotiate with external suppliers
- Collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs
- Manage and update travel content on booking platforms
- Understand negotiations with travel service providers
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur systems
