Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- First practical experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing
- Organization, proactivity, hands-on approach, and ability to manage multiple topics
- Enjoyment of collaborative and international environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support trade marketing activations and international campaigns
- Work with international teams, distribution partners, and retailers
- Assist in planning and implementing POS and shopper activations
- Develop new POS materials and trade marketing tools
- Collect and analyze shopper activation results
- Derive best practices across markets
- Support international market launches and local 360° marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign and activation performance
- Derive actionable insights
- Assist with briefing processes
- Adapt content for marketing
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts
- Manage timelines and assets
- Coordinate stakeholder communication
- Contribute to brand management projects
- Participate in market research
- Support media planning
- Contribute to packaging development
- Take ownership of selected projects
- Support day-to-day marketing operations
