Aufgaben
- Accelerate global commercialization of the digital ecosystem
- Advise Intermediaries on in-house digital offerings
- Manage and advise on PMS partnerships
- Drive digital connectivity initiatives
- Support and optimize digital workflows
- Assess Intermediary needs for technology recommendations
- Evolve the advisory and consulting approach
- Create new digital consulting services
- Support Relationship Managers with client demos
- Deliver high-quality, client-specific proposals
- Identify digital upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Drive adoption of in-house digital tools
- Identify enhancements for connectivity and usability
- Develop digital sales and offering concepts
- Support strategic projects for senior management
- Collaborate with Product and IT on integrations
- Manage PMS connectivity projects as a SME
- Onboard, test, and troubleshoot digital connections
- Maintain relationships with PMS and digital partners
- Evaluate the marketplace for relevant solution providers
- Deliver training on digital tools and reporting
- Create digital sales content for all audiences
- Support direct and indirect distribution strategies
- Promote adoption through communication and release notes
- Provide best-practice guidance for digital workflows
