Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or master degree in risk management, insurance, finance, business, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or treasury environment
- •Experience working with brokers, insurers, and banks
- •Demonstrated skills in communication, contract review, and legal insurance wording
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- •Strong controls mindset and attention to detail
- •Proactive, practical, pragmatic, flexible, hands-on, customer-focused, solution-based, and results-oriented
- •Demonstrated track record in promoting process excellence and implementing continuous improvement practices
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

- •Review insurance limits, deductibles, and coverage gaps
- •Benchmark premiums and policies with brokers
- •Monitor daily bank balances for liquidity
- •Assist with cash flow forecasting and data analysis
- •Help with bank reconciliations and payment processing
- •Maintain accurate treasury records and controls
- •Manage short-term investments and interest income
- •Monitor foreign exchange and currency exposure risks
- •Coordinate KYC updates and maintain account documentation
- •Engage with internal teams to assess risk exposures
- •Train stakeholders on insurance protocols and claims
- •Collaborate with finance on cash requirements
- •Provide instructions to external brokers and banks
