- PhD with no more than 3 years post-graduation professional experience
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
- Valid driving licence
Aufgaben
- Join the Cryogenic Group for multidisciplinary work
- Contribute to R&D for cryogenic instrumentation
- Design and qualify new cryogenic sensors
- Adapt instrumentation to CERN's challenging conditions
- Maintain existing LabVIEW-based test benches
- Develop new test facilities for electronic cards
- Calibrate absolute and differential pressure sensors
- Analyze data from test facilities
- Provide field support for cryogenic instrumentation
- Diagnose and repair cryogenic equipment
- Ensure reliable operation of cryogenic systems
