Anforderungen
- Hands-on creator with passion for learning and digital enablement
- Several years experience in graphic and multimedia design of learning content
- Experience in international matrix setting
- Internal employees as target group
- Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Management, or related field
- Experience applying SAM or other instructional design frameworks in corporate learning
- Strong storytelling skills
- Clear sense for user flow, learning journeys, and narrative-driven content
- Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
- Strong proficiency in Techsmith Camtasia
- Strong proficiency in Synthesia
- Experience in Visual Design (images, illustrations, AI-based visuals, motion graphics)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Graphic design skills (typography, layout, Color Theory)
- Video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience managing content in LXP / LMS platforms
- Experience with Cornerstone or similar LXP/LMS platforms
- Business fluency in German
- Business fluency in English
- Independent task completion

Aufgaben
- Design and deploy upskilling offers on digital topics
- Own end-to-end instructional design process
- Ensure alignment with business goals and learner needs
- Create and curate accessible, user-friendly learning content
- Use tools like Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe Suite
- Adhere to internal design quality standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts
- Translate complex topics into engaging formats
- Manage content in Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Optimize LXP structure, tagging, and user experience
- Facilitate virtual and hybrid learning sessions
- Conduct workshops and onboarding programs
