Anforderungen

  • •Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or comparable degree
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical and automated maintenance
  • •Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Siemens Simatic 7, distributed control systems (DCS), and electrical protection systems
  • •Strong understanding of electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and loop diagrams
  • •Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols in the energy generation industry
  • •Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • •Proficiency in both German and English
  • •Efficient communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external service providers
  • •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a passion for teamwork
  • •Willingness to participate in on-call emergency maintenance situations
  • •High flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and automation systems in the ORC power plant
  • •Perform regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential electrical or automation issues
  • •Implement maintenance plans to ensure system reliability
  • •Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize maintenance schedules
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and automation faults
  • •Implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
  • •Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
  • •Manage spare parts inventory for electrical and automation systems
  • •Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of components
  • •Develop and implement safety procedures for maintenance tasks
  • •Provide technical support for equipment upgrades and system expansions
  • •Train and mentor maintenance staff on electrical and automated systems
  • •Document all maintenance activities, including equipment condition reports and recommendations
