- Conduct gap analysis and establish internal processes
- Provide consultation and recommendations to the Group Executive Board
- Organize existing processes and documentation
- Lead teams through standardized processes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with Information Security to define clear processes and responsibilities
- Establish company-wide tool chains for process and documentation standardization
- Prepare and organize IT-related audits
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and respond to customer queries
- Participate in internal risk and security decision-making
- Establish reporting and KPIs for internal and external providers or consumers
