- In-depth practical experience with ISMS tools
- In-depth ISO 27001 knowledge and audit experience
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, ideally CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications
- Solid IT knowledge and system administration skills
- Strong communication skills for complex security issues
- Structured, independent working style, strong organizational skills, project management experience, enthusiasm for continuous improvement and automation
Aufgaben
- Operate and continuously develop the ISO 27001-certified ISMS
- Optimize ISMS processes for improvement
- Select and implement suitable ISMS tools
- Integrate ISMS tools into IT infrastructure
- Increase ISMS automation
- Implement technical and organizational security measures
- Integrate security measures into business processes
- Conduct internal, external, and customer audits
- Perform management reviews
- Ensure successful recertifications
- Guide customers through audit processes
- Design and implement security awareness programs
- Conduct security training programs
- Embed security awareness in corporate culture
- Drive measurable behavioral changes in security
- Monitor ISMS effectiveness using KPIs
- Conduct systematic ISMS analyses
- Create compelling reports for stakeholders
- Adapt ISMS to company growth and regulations
- Ensure sustainable ISMS scalability
- Develop intelligent ISMS architecture
- Consolidate distributed security responsibilities
- Establish centralized control for consistent standards
- Design secure remote working scenarios
