- Balance thermal performance in enclosures
- Ensure customizable visual identity for enclosures
- Create compact, unified enclosures for inverters/converters
- Optimize thermal management for enclosures
- Develop cohesive product family design language
- Oversee design process from concept to production
- Brainstorm design concepts
- Create 2D renderings
- Develop 3D models
- Define CMF (Color, Material, Finish)
- Produce high-fidelity models using Alias/Rhino/Keyshot
- Create photorealistic renderings
- Partner with mechanical engineers
- Refine curved surface segmentation
- Refine seam treatment techniques
- Coordinate with electronics teams
- Plan HMI layouts
- Plan cable routing for aesthetic-functional synergy
