- Proven European, multi-country procurement experience in global matrix organization
- Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation expertise
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Solid understanding of European regulatory and compliance requirements
- Fluent English required; additional European languages (French, German) a plus
- Specific experience in comparable industry or categories an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent certification desirable
Aufgaben
- Lead Europe indirect procurement strategy
- Align with global objectives, policies, and governance
- Provide leadership and development to a team of 30 indirect procurement experts
- Oversee major indirect categories: IT & Telecom, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities & FM, HR Services, Travel & Fleet
- Deliver measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, demand management, and productivity improvements
- Partner with senior leaders in IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage strategic suppliers and third-party risk (GDPR, resiliency, financial stability)
- Drive digital adoption of Source-to-Pay tools, analytics, and standardized processes
- Embed ESG and responsible sourcing into procurement decisions
