Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (mandatory)
• •Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
• •Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus
• •Prior team lead or coordination experience is an advantage
• •Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); data analysis and KPI reporting skills required
• •Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based solutions; Power BI is a plus
• •Knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba (S2C, P2P, CLM) preferred
• •Languages: Fluent German and good English required

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the main contact for the Procurement Manager.
• •Implement global and regional commodity strategies.

• •Coordinate 3–5 buyers for your commodity.
• •Chair weekly commodity calls and monitor progress.
• •Organize monthly governance reviews with stakeholders.
• •Conduct quarterly reviews with global and regional teams.
• •Provide performance feedback for supervised buyers.
• •Manage sourcing projects and complex negotiations.
• •Approve sourcing decisions within assigned thresholds.
• •Ensure process compliance and prevent maverick buying.
• •Collaborate with internal functions for contract approvals.
