Aufgaben
- •Convert high-intent inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- •Manage end-to-end follow-up for all event leads
- •Execute timely outreach to event attendees within SLAs
- •Maintain quality and speed during high-volume event periods
- •Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and engagement
- •Respond rapidly to contact forms and content engagement
- •Prioritize phone outreach to understand prospect needs
- •Nurture prospects with helpful content and timed follow-ups
- •Apply qualification frameworks to document sales opportunities
- •Articulate the value of the B2B product suite
- •Meet and exceed monthly pipeline contribution targets
- •Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign ROI
- •Participate in campaign planning and capacity discussions
- •Maintain accurate interaction records in Salesforce
- •Contribute to a positive and high-energy team environment
- •Champion continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
