- Convert high-intent inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Manage end-to-end follow-up for all event leads
- Execute timely outreach to event attendees within SLAs
- Maintain quality and speed during high-volume event periods
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and engagement
- Respond rapidly to contact forms and content engagement
- Prioritize phone outreach to understand prospect needs
- Nurture prospects with helpful content and timed follow-ups
- Apply qualification frameworks to document sales opportunities
- Articulate the value of the B2B product suite
- Meet and exceed monthly pipeline contribution targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign ROI
- Participate in campaign planning and capacity discussions
- Maintain accurate interaction records in Salesforce
- Contribute to a positive and high-energy team environment
- Champion continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
